Pastor Del is a husband of 32 years to Sandi, and a father to two grown sons, Luke and Brad (who are married to great women: Tianna and Stephanie). The apples of Del’s eye are his granddaughters, Danai, Kasey, Jada and Indianna, who light up a room just by being in it! Raised and educated in Edmonton, Alberta, Del has traveled extensively in teaching and music ministry. His love for the outdoors has afforded him countless adventures on mountain tops, back country trails, caves, and navigating oceans in a kayak.

Before joining the staff team at The Church on the Hill, Del was the Director of Conferences, Music and Outdoor Programs at Capernwray Harbour Bible Centre on Thetis Island, BC. A motorcycle is his transport of choice and the church club known as “Road Salt Riders” is an outreach ministry he holds dear.

Pastor Del has a deep passion for authentic worship through many modes of music and creative arts as well as for the igniting and equipping of adults and seniors into ministry and productive Christian living. Adventure, humour and a passion for Jesus motivate Pastor Del and spur him on to a relevant, intentional journey.

Del’s life verse is:
