Corinne was born and raised on Vancouver Island – primarily in Victoria. She didn’t grow up in the church but eventually found her way and started walking with Jesus in 1999. In 2002 she moved to Mission where she later met and married Charles (ask them about their story). In 2005 they decided to make the sunny Okanagan their home, and have been known to say that this is the best place to live! She has one daughter, who lives in AB with her husband and baby girl.
Corinne & Charles started attending SBC in 2010 and immediately felt like part of this family. Within a couple years, they became involved with the music ministry, serving in the sound room side by side – Corinne running the slides and Charles running the sound.
After working in a government office for over 35 years, God presented an opportunity for Corinne to serve in the SBC office. So, in 2017 she took an early retirement and accepted her new role as Office Administrator. She manages the day-to-day office necessities and takes care of general bookkeeping, all while supporting and working alongside her staff team.
For R&R, Corinne and Charles like to escape in their RV, exploring different locations around BC and in the U.S. (the Oregon Coast being Corinne’s favorite destination).
